The Otis rooftop deck project brought commercial-grade framing and millwork skills to a skyline-level build-out above Chicago's West Loop. With panoramic city views and exposed conditions, every structural and finish decision had to account for weather, load paths, and aesthetics simultaneously.
Our scope included structural framing for the deck surround, ledger framing, and millwork elements — all executed with the same precision we bring to ground-level commercial work. Coordinating material lifts and work access at height required tight daily scheduling against the GC's overall project sequence.
