434 Melrose is a high-rise residential project on Chicago's North Side — a dense urban site where exterior metal stud framing needed to be executed at height, in tight street conditions, and in tight coordination with structural concrete and window installation schedules.
Our scope covered the exterior metal stud framing across multiple floors — the structural backup system for the curtain wall and window assemblies. Working from elevated platforms with precision layout, we delivered a plumb, level, and properly spaced framing system that the window and facade trades could depend on.
