About This Project

Aspired Living is a multi-family residential development requiring coordinated framing delivery across multiple buildings and phases. Projects at this scale demand the kind of production efficiency and schedule discipline that separates contractors — and The Edge delivered both.

Our scope covered interior and exterior metal stud framing across the development, with our prefabrication capabilities helping to compress the schedule on repetitive unit layouts. Real-time project management tools kept our crews, the GC, and the ownership team aligned throughout each phase.
