About This Project

1920 Milwaukee Avenue sits in one of Chicago's most active mixed-use corridors — a project that demanded precision exterior framing executed in a constrained urban environment with active street traffic and neighboring occupied buildings.

Our scope focused on the exterior metal stud framing across the full height of the building — a structurally demanding curtain wall backup system requiring tight plumb and level tolerances floor to floor. The dramatic upward perspective of this project tells the story of the scope: thousands of square feet of precision framing rising from the street.
